This was my view from my studio in Oregon (I was there for a week in May -- it was great). The ocean was 1/2 a block away and the beach was sandy and HUGE! All I could do not to run out there all the time, except I am not a sun person and it was pretty blinding out there, so that was fine. As if that made any sense.
